1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the xs555 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you ("User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

xs555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use xs555, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not a professional gambler using artificial means to gain unfair advantage.
• You have not previously had an xs555 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of xs555 or any of its affiliated companies.

xs555 operates under an international gaming licence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing our Platform does not violate the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. xs555 makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of the Platform in your specific location.

3. Account Registration

To place bets or make deposits on xs555, you must create a registered account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notify xs555 at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

xs555 enforces a strict one account per user policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether for personal use, bonus abuse, or any other reason — is a serious violation. xs555 may close all associated accounts without notice and void any pending or settled balances.

xs555 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point. You must promptly provide any documents requested, including a government-issued ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of withdrawals and eventual account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

xs555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours depending on your payment provider.
• xs555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• xs555 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method without explanation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. xs555 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed KYC verification in full.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• xs555 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source-of-funds evidence for large transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods will not be processed.
• xs555 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

xs555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which supplement and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• xs555 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another user.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on xs555 — including cricket markets, PSL match betting, sports betting, casino games, and slot titles — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. xs555 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where a clear technical error has occurred on our end.
• xs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether the error was caused by a technical fault, human input error, or data feed malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, xs555's decision is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at xs555's sole discretion without notice.
• xs555 reserves the right to limit the bet amount or restrict markets for any individual account if unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xs555 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information not available to the general public.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate transactions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the xs555 Platform or its servers.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

xs555 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling for all users across Pakistan. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or escape personal difficulties. We encourage all players to stay in control of their gaming activity.

xs555 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the xs555 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xs555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from xs555.
• Any unauthorised use of xs555 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xs555, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service, technical errors, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by third parties.
• Any bet being voided or settled incorrectly due to technical malfunction.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. xs555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Privacy & Data

xs555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience.
• xs555 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xs555 holds its international gaming licence. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Where local consumer protection laws in Pakistan confer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

14. Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or wish to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of the xs555 Platform, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Reach out to our 24/7 support team via live chat on the Platform or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction IDs.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved within 5 business days, you may escalate it as a formal written complaint to our Compliance team using the same email address, clearly marked "Formal Complaint."
• Step 3 — Resolution: xs555 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
• Step 4 — External Arbitration: If you remain unsatisfied with our resolution, you may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under our gaming licence, details of which will be provided upon request.

Please note that initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first following the above process is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
